Additional Fees and Deposits

  • Exit cleaning fee  $ 100.00 
  • Application fee     $   135.00
  • 6% Sales tax und 4% Tourist tax

Security Deposit

We require a $ 300.00 refundable security deposit via VISA or MC at check in, which will be returned if there is no damage to the unit. Possible charges could include, but are not limited to property damage, excessive wear and tear, lost keys, excessive utility and cleaning charges or late check out.
Reservation Deposit

Upon confirmation of your reservation we require a $ 500.00 deposit of the total rental. This deposit is not refundable and is forfeited if balance of rent, security deposit, cleaning fee, application fee and taxes are not received 30 days prior to check in.

Rental periods

Rental periods by month are considered to start at noon on the first day of the month (except in January it will be the 2nd) until noon of the last day of the respective month.

 

If the desired dates are already booked, please still inquire, as owner will refer you to  other available units in the same complex. Also inquire about multiple units if multiple parties are sharing same vacation.
